Refund & Reject Policy
14 Days to Change
Your Mind. No Penalty.
If the machine materially differs from the listing, reject it within 14 days of delivery. Full refund, free pickup from your yard, no restocking charge. If it matches — you keep it, and the warranty applies.
Eligibility
When You Can Reject.
The 14-day window is for genuine mismatches between the machine you received and the machine described on the listing. Here's exactly what qualifies — and what doesn't.
Valid Reasons
Refund + pickup-
Mechanical or structural fault A fault not disclosed on the listing — engine, hydraulics, frame, or any major component.
-
Undisclosed damage Visible or structural damage that wasn't shown in the listing photos or condition report.
-
Hours, weight, or year differ The machine's key specs don't match what was stated on the listing.
-
Not in full working condition The machine doesn't operate as documented — including failure on start-up or under load.
Not Valid
No refund-
Buyer's remorse Changed your mind, found a better machine, or no longer need it. Bids are binding.
-
Normal wear and tear Wear consistent with the machine's age and hours, as shown on the listing.
-
Damage after delivery Any damage caused by you, your team, or a third party after the machine is unloaded.
-
Issues already disclosed Anything stated in the listing or condition report — you bid with full visibility on those.
The Process
How to Reject.
Four steps from spotting a problem to getting your money back. We handle the logistics, the transport, and the paperwork — you just tell us what you found.
Contact Us
Email, phone, or WhatsApp — tell us the problem and your order number. No forms, no ticket system, no waiting on hold.
Document It
Send photos and video of the issue, plus a short written description. The clearer the evidence, the faster we can approve the rejection.
We Confirm
We review what you've sent and confirm the rejection is valid. If anything is unclear, we'll ask — no silent rejections on our side.
Pickup & Refund
We collect the machine from your yard for free and process your refund to the original payment method. You're done.
Your Refund
What You Get Back.
When a rejection is valid, you get three things back — the money, the transport, and the hassle. All three are on us, always.
Full Refund
The full purchase price, returned to the original payment method. No deductions, no admin fees, no partial settlements. What you paid is what you get back.
Free Pickup
We collect the machine from your yard at no cost. Our logistics partners handle the transport — you don't arrange a thing, don't hire a truck, don't pay for return shipping.
No Fees. Ever.
No restocking fee, no admin charge, no return shipping cost, no "processing" deduction. The only money that moves on a valid rejection is the money we send back to you.
Fair Use
What's Outside the Policy.
The 14-day window exists to protect you from genuine mismatches — not to turn purchases into a trial period. Here's what falls outside the policy, in plain language.
Buyer's Remorse
Changed your mind, found a better machine, or no longer need it. Bids are binding, and the 14-day window isn't a cooling-off period. If you were unsure before bidding, you can still be unsure after winning — that's on the buyer.
Normal Wear & Tear
Wear consistent with the machine's age and hours — as shown on the listing. Used heavy machinery isn't new machinery. Scuffs, faded paint, worn tyres, and similar cosmetic issues aren't grounds for rejection.
Damage After Delivery
Any damage caused by you, your team, or a third party after the machine is unloaded at your yard. Once it's on your site, operational damage is on the buyer — that's what the transit insurance is for, during transit.
Issues Already Disclosed
Anything stated in the listing or condition report — you bid with full visibility on those. If a fault was disclosed and you accepted the bid, it's part of the machine you bought.
Minor Cosmetic Differences
Small variations between listing photos and the machine in person that don't affect operation — colour under different lighting, small scratches, decal wear. Cosmetic detail, not functional defect.
Accessories Not Listed
Attachments, buckets, or accessories not stated on the listing. If it wasn't promised in the listing, it wasn't part of the sale. We list everything included — what you see is what ships.
Timeline
How Long the Refund Takes.
From the moment you reject to the moment funds are back in your account — here's the full sequence, with no vague "up to X working days" hand-waving.

Common Questions
Refund & Reject FAQs
The questions buyers ask most about rejecting items and getting their money back. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we answer within one business day.
How do I reject the items?
Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp within the 14-day window. Tell us the issue and send photos, video and a short written description. We review it, confirm the rejection is valid, arrange pickup from your yard, and process your refund. Full walkthrough is in the How to Reject section above.
What counts as a valid reason to reject?
An undisclosed mechanical or structural fault, undisclosed damage, key specs that differ from the listing (hours, weight, year), or items that aren't in full working condition. It doesn't cover buyer's remorse, normal wear and tear, damage after delivery, issues already disclosed, or accessories not listed.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do — always, on valid rejections. We arrange the pickup from your yard and cover the full transport cost. There's no return fee, no restocking charge, and no admin deduction. The only money that moves is the money going back to you.
How long does the refund take?
Full purchase price returned by bank transfer to the original account within 14 days of rejection. That window includes the pickup and the return of the items. Bank transfers typically land within 1–2 business days of processing.
Can I reject the items for buyer's remorse?
No. Bids are binding, and the 14-day window isn't a cooling-off period. If you're unsure before bidding, we'd rather you ask us — we'll answer any question, share extra photos, or send video documentation. It's much easier to ask than to reject.
What if I find a problem after 14 days?
After 14 days, the refund window closes — the items are considered accepted. But you're still covered by the 6-month warranty for mechanical and major component failures. Contact us and we'll process it as a warranty claim, not a rejection. Full terms on the Warranty page.
