Topic 01 — Buying & Bidding
Buying & Bidding
How bidding works, what it commits you to, and what happens when you win.
How do I place a bid?
Create an account, open any live listing, and enter your bid amount. Bids are placed in EUR and confirmed immediately. You'll see your bid status in your account dashboard — highest, outbid, or won.
Is bidding legally binding?
Yes. Every bid is a binding commitment to purchase the machine at that price if you win. If you win and don't pay, your account is suspended and the lot may be re-listed.
Can I retract or cancel a bid?
No — bids cannot be retracted once placed. If you have any doubt about a machine's condition, delivery or payment terms, ask us before you bid. We'd rather answer a question than cancel a sale.
What happens if I win?
You'll receive an email confirming the win along with payment details and the payment terms applicable to that listing. Pay within the stated window, then we coordinate delivery to your address. The full process is outlined on our How It Works page.
Topic 02 — Payment & Delivery
Payment & Delivery
Payment methods, payment deadlines, delivery costs, transit times, and where we ship to.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer only — we do not accept credit cards. Full payment is due within 48 hours of winning. The exact terms are always stated on the listing before you bid, so there are no surprises.
When is payment due after winning?
Bank transfer: within 48 hours. The exact deadline for your purchase is confirmed in the win email and on the listing. Missed deadlines void the sale and the machine may be re-listed.
Why don't you accept credit cards?
Heavy machinery transactions are high-value and require direct bank transfer for security and traceability. Card payments are not supported on any transaction. If you're unsure about the payment process, contact us before you bid.
Do I need to pay in full before delivery?
Yes — full payment is required before the machine is released for delivery. Once funds clear, we coordinate collection and dispatch. The exact deadline is confirmed in your win email and on the listing.
How much does delivery cost?
€1 per kilometre after the first 500 km — the first 500 km are always free. Each product page has a delivery calculator that gives you the exact cost from the machine's pickup location to your address. See our Delivery page for the full breakdown.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
Standard delivery covers all of Europe. Non-European destinations are quoted case-by-case — get in touch before bidding and we'll confirm feasibility and cost.
Topic 03 — Inspection & Condition
Inspection & Condition
How we document condition, what you receive, and how the 14-day inspection window works.
Can I inspect the machine before bidding?
No — pre-bid inspections aren't possible. Machines are held at lien holder facilities that don't offer viewing, loading or trained staff for third-party access. Every machine has been inspected by our team and is documented as being in full working condition, with a complete condition report on the listing. Your full inspection happens at your location, within the 14-day window after delivery.
How does the 14-day inspection window work?
From the moment the machine is unloaded at your yard, you have 14 days to inspect it thoroughly. Run it, test it, go over it with your mechanic — it's yours to check. If anything materially differs from the listing, reject it within the window and we'll handle everything from there.
What happens if I reject the machine?
You get a full refund, and we pick the machine up from you for free. No return shipping cost, no restocking fee. We just need to know within the 14-day window — after that, the machine is considered accepted. Full terms are on our Refund/Reject page.
What condition are the machines in?
Every machine is inspected by our team before listing and documented as being in full working condition. Hours, weight, year, and any known issues are stated on the listing page — nothing is hidden. If a machine doesn't match the listing on arrival, the 14-day window protects you fully.
Do you provide service history?
Where available, yes. Service records, hour meter readings, and any known maintenance history are included on the listing page. Because most machines are sourced from repossessions, service documentation can vary — we disclose exactly what we have.
Topic 04 — Warranty & Returns
Warranty & Returns
Warranty coverage, refund policy, and how to make a claim.
What does the 6-month warranty cover?
Mechanical and major component failures not caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear. Full terms and exclusions are on our Warranty page.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video. We'll review the claim and arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate. Most claims are resolved within 5–10 business days.
What is the 14-day refund policy?
If the machine materially differs from the listing description on arrival, you have 14 days from unloading to reject it and request a refund — no questions asked. Full terms are on our Refund/Reject page.
Who pays return shipping on a refund?
We do — always, when a machine is rejected within the 14-day inspection window. We arrange the pickup from your yard and cover the full transport cost. No return fees, no restocking charge.
