Coverage

What's Covered.

Every machine includes 6 months of warranty on mechanical and major component failures — at no cost. Extend it up to 5 years for an additional fee if you want longer coverage.

01

Mechanical

Engine, transmission, drivetrain and final drives — the core powertrain components that keep a machine working. Failures not caused by misuse are covered.

Includes Engine · Transmission · Drivetrain · Final drives
02

Hydraulic

Pumps, cylinders, valves and major hoses. Hydraulic failure on a working machine isn't wear-and-tear territory — if it fails, we cover it.

Includes Pumps · Cylinders · Valves · Major hoses
03

Electrical

Control systems, main wiring, sensors and the machine's ECU. Electrical faults that stop the machine operating are covered under the same terms.

Includes Control systems · Wiring · Sensors · ECU
04

Major Components

Turbo, injectors, alternators, starter motors and other major sub-assemblies. If it's a component — not a consumable — it's covered.

Includes Turbo · Injectors · Alternator · Starter motor
Extend Up to 5 Years The standard 6-month warranty is included at no cost. If you want longer coverage — up to 5 years — we offer extended warranty for an additional fee. Arrange it before delivery or at the point of purchase.
Ask About Extended Warranty
Warranty starts on the day the machine is delivered to your yard. Nothing to activate, nothing to register.

Exclusions

What's Not Covered.

No warranty covers everything — and a warranty that claims to is one you should read twice. Here's exactly what falls outside the 6-month cover, and the extended plan, in plain language.

01

Wear Items

Filters, belts, tyres, brake pads, fluids and other consumables. These are designed to wear out and be replaced — that's maintenance, not a defect.

02

Misuse, Accident or Overloading

Damage caused by operating the machine outside its rated capacity, in an accident, or through operator error. That's on the operator, not the machine.

03

Aftermarket Modifications

Faults caused by non-OEM parts, software remaps, or unauthorised modifications. If you change the machine, you take on the consequences of that change.

04

Cosmetic Wear

Paint, decals, upholstery, surface rust and other cosmetic issues. The warranty covers function, not appearance — the machine isn't being sold as new.

05

Consumables

Oil, coolant, grease, filters and other replaceable fluids and materials. These are part of routine servicing, not warranty claims.

06

Neglected Servicing

Failures caused by skipping scheduled maintenance — overdue oil changes, missed filter replacements, ignored warning signs. Keep up with servicing and the warranty holds.

Not sure if something falls under warranty? Ask us before you assume — we'd rather have the conversation early.

Making a Claim

How to Make a Claim.

Four steps from the moment something fails to the moment it's fixed. No call centre, no ticket system, no runaround — you contact us, we handle it.

01

Contact Us

Email, phone or WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the fault. No form to fill in, no account portal to navigate.

02

Send Evidence

Photos and video of the issue, plus a short written description. If you've had a local mechanic look at it, include their diagnostic report.

03

We Assess

We review what you've sent. For complex faults we may ask for an independent inspection — at no cost to you if the claim is valid.

04

Repair or Replace

We authorise the repair through a local partner, send the replacement part, or replace the failed component. Resolution confirmed before any work starts.

Don't start repairs before contacting us. Repairs done without our authorisation may not be covered — a 5-minute call first saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Timeline

How Long a Claim Takes.

From the moment you contact us to the moment the machine is back working — here's the full sequence, with clear windows at every stage.

Within 1 business day We respond You contact us with the fault and evidence. We acknowledge, review, and either confirm the claim or ask for additional information the same day where possible.
Within 5 business days Claim assessed We confirm whether the fault is covered. For complex cases, an independent inspection may be arranged — at our cost if the claim is valid.
Within 10 business days Resolution authorised We confirm how the fault will be resolved — repair by a local partner, replacement part dispatched, or component replacement — before any work starts.
Most claims Resolved in 5–10 days Simple claims — parts, electrical faults, minor mechanical failures — are usually resolved well inside the full timeline. Complex structural issues can take longer; we'll tell you upfront.

Two Protections

Warranty vs Refund.

These are two different protections with two different purposes — and buyers mix them up all the time. Here's when each applies, in one clean side-by-side.

First 14 days

Refund & Reject

When it applies The machine doesn't match the listing on arrival
  • 14-day window starting on unload at your yard
  • Covers undisclosed faults, damage, or spec mismatches
  • Full refund + free pickup from your yard
  • You return the machine — we take it back
  • Refund processed within 14 days of rejection
6 months+

Warranty

When it applies Something fails after you've accepted the machine
  • 6-month window starting on delivery — extendable up to 5 years
  • Covers mechanical, hydraulic, electrical & major components
  • Repair or replacement of the failed component
  • You keep the machine — we fix it
  • Most claims resolved in 5–10 business days

The one-line difference Refund = "this isn't what I bought."  ·  Warranty = "this broke after I bought it." Both are covered — just at different times.

Common Questions

Warranty FAQs

The warranty questions buyers ask most. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we answer within one business day.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and major component failures not caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear. That covers engine, transmission, drivetrain, final drives, pumps, cylinders, valves, control systems, ECU, and major sub-assemblies like turbo and injectors. Full coverage list is in the What's Covered section above.

What isn't covered?

Wear items (filters, belts, tyres, brake pads), damage from misuse, accident or overloading, aftermarket modifications, cosmetic wear (paint, decals, upholstery), consumables (oil, coolant, grease), and failures caused by neglected servicing. Full exclusion list is in the What's Not Covered section above.

How do I make a claim?

Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the fault. Send photos, video and — if you've had a local mechanic look at it — their diagnostic report. We assess the claim and authorise the resolution. Full walkthrough is in the How to Make a Claim section above.

How long does a claim take?

We respond within 1 business day, assess the claim within 5 business days, and authorise the resolution within 10 business days. Most claims — parts, electrical faults, minor mechanical failures — are resolved in 5–10 days. Complex structural issues can take longer; we'll tell you upfront.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the machine?

Yes — the warranty is tied to the machine, not to you. If you sell it while the warranty is still active, the remaining coverage transfers to the new owner. Just tell us who to contact, and we'll update our records. Extended warranty plans transfer the same way.

What's the difference between warranty and the 14-day refund?

Refund applies in the first 14 days: the machine doesn't match the listing on arrival, you reject it, we refund and pick it up. Warranty applies after that: something fails while you own the machine, we repair or replace the failed component. One is "this isn't what I bought" — the other is "this broke after I bought it." See the Warranty vs Refund section above for the full side-by-side.
