Inspection

Inspected Before Listing.
Yours to Check After.

Every machine is inspected by our team and documented as being in full working condition before it goes live. Once it's in your yard, you get 14 days to inspect it yourself — full refund and free pickup if it doesn't match the listing.

Pre-inspected by us Full working condition 14-day window at home Full refund if rejected

Our Process

Four Checks Before It's Listed.

Every machine goes through a four-point inspection before it goes live. Hours verified, faults documented, condition report written — nothing listed until it's confirmed in full working condition.

01

Mechanical

Engine, transmission, hydraulics, and undercarriage checked under load. We test the machine as it will be used — not just at idle.

Covered Engine · Transmission · Hydraulics · Undercarriage
02

Electrical

Controls, wiring, sensors, lights and dashboard checked for full function. Faults that matter are documented — not glossed over.

Covered Controls · Wiring · Sensors · Lights
03

Structural

Frame, boom, cab, welds and seals checked for cracks, damage or leaks. Structural integrity confirmed before the machine is approved.

Covered Frame · Boom · Cab · Welds · Seals
04

Documentation

Hours verified, known faults written up, and a full condition report attached to the listing. Service records included where available.

Covered Hours · Faults · Condition report · Service history
Nothing is listed until it passes all four checks. Any fault we find is disclosed on the listing — no hidden issues, no surprises.

Your Inspection

Fourteen Days. At Your Yard.

You don't inspect in someone else's yard on someone else's schedule. The machine arrives, you unload it, and the clock starts — 14 full days to check it thoroughly on your own terms.

14
Day Inspection Window Starting from unload at your yard
Day 0 Unloaded at your yard The 14-day window begins the moment the machine is off the truck.
Days 1–13 Inspect at your pace Run it, test it, bring in your own mechanic, check it against the listing — no rush, no deadlines from us.
Day 14 Accept or reject Tell us within the window and we handle the rest — no arguments, no fees.

What You Can Do

  • Run and operate it Start it, move it, work it — test the machine as it's meant to be used, not just at idle.
  • Bring in your mechanic If you want a second opinion, hire your own inspector — no restrictions on who you bring in.
  • Compare against the listing Hours, weight, year, condition report, disclosed faults — check it all against what we promised.
  • Document anything you find Photos, video, notes — if something doesn't match, we want it documented so we can act fast.
No rush. No pressure. Take the full 14 days if you need to. We don't call you on day 3 asking for a decision.
Don't want to inspect the machine yourself? No problem — a lot of our buyers don't. The 14-day window is there if you need it, not because you must use it.

Your Decision

Accept or Reject. Your Call.

At the end of the 14-day window, there are only two outcomes. Both are simple, and neither one costs you anything you shouldn't have to pay.

Outcome 01

Accept the Machine

Everything matches the listing — hours, weight, year, condition, no hidden faults. You keep the machine, and it's covered by our full warranty from that day.

  • No action needed — the window simply closes
  • 6-month warranty begins from delivery
  • You can start using it right away
  • Direct support if any question comes up
Next step Nothing — you're done. Get to work.
Outcome 02

Reject the Machine

Something doesn't match the listing — a mechanical fault, undisclosed damage, wrong hours. Tell us within the 14 days and we handle the rest.

  • Contact us with photos, video, and notes
  • Full refund of the purchase price
  • We pick the machine up from you — free
  • No return fee, no restocking charge
Either outcome, you're protected. Reject within 14 days — full refund and free pickup. Accept — 6-month warranty kicks in.

The Honest Answer

Why You Can't Inspect Before Bidding.

We get asked this a lot — and it deserves a straight answer, not a marketing spin. Here's exactly why pre-bid viewings aren't possible, and what we do instead.

The Reasons

No viewing facility Lien holders store machines in secured yards, not showrooms. There's no visitor area, no reception, no way to walk a buyer through.
No trained staff on site The lien holder's staff aren't equipment specialists. They can't walk you through operation, answer technical questions, or demonstrate the machine safely.
No loading dock for third parties There's no way to load a machine onto a buyer's transport at the lien holder site. Machines are moved by our logistics partners only — and only after sale.
Security and liability Third-party access to lien holder storage creates real security and insurance issues — for them, for us, and for you.

What We Do Instead

Every machine is inspected by our team before it's listed — mechanical, electrical, structural, documentation. Nothing goes live until we've confirmed it's in full working condition, and any faults we find are disclosed on the listing. Then, once it's in your yard, you get the full 14-day window to inspect it yourself.

Pre-inspected by our team before listing
Full condition report on every listing
Faults disclosed — nothing hidden
14-day inspection window at your yard
Full refund + free pickup if rejected
The 14-day window is the point. We moved the inspection to where you actually want it: your yard, after delivery.

Common Questions

Inspection FAQs

The inspection questions buyers ask most. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we answer within one business day.

Can I inspect the machine before bidding?

No — pre-bid inspections aren't possible. Machines are held at lien holder facilities that don't offer viewing, loading, or trained staff for third-party access. Every machine has been pre-inspected by our team and is documented as being in full working condition, with a complete condition report on the listing. Your full inspection happens at your location, within the 14-day window after delivery.

How do I know the machine is in good condition?

Every machine goes through a four-point inspection before listing — mechanical, electrical, structural, and documentation. Nothing goes live until we've confirmed it's in full working condition. Any fault we find is disclosed on the listing, and a full condition report is attached. If anything still doesn't match when it arrives, the 14-day window protects you completely.

When does the 14-day inspection window start?

The moment the machine is unloaded at your yard. Not when it leaves the lien holder, not when it's in transit — the clock starts on delivery, at your site. That's the full 14 days to inspect it on your own terms.

Can I bring in my own mechanic or inspector?

Yes — no restrictions. Bring whoever you trust to assess the machine. The 14-day window is yours, and there's no requirement to use our team or anyone else. Do the inspection the way you want it done.

What happens if I find a problem?

Contact us immediately with photos, video, and notes describing the issue. If the machine materially differs from the listing, you can reject it within the 14-day window. We refund in full and pick the machine up from you for free. Full details are on our Refund/Reject page.

What if I don't inspect the machine at all?

That's fine — plenty of buyers don't. The 14-day window is there if you need it, not because you must use it. Once the window closes without a rejection, the machine is considered accepted and the 6-month warranty applies from delivery.
